Union county
The bottom plate is not in my collection - I actually photographed
it in use before acquiring the plate above it. I photographed
the plate in 2003, and acquired the plate above it several years later.
Amazing! I guess what happened is that the owner decided to get their
courtesy plates remade into handicapped plates and got rid of the
old ones. |
