Plates were in a 7-character format upon introduction of the graphic base.

There were also available as vanities.

Although continuing in the same format, the caption "Livery" was changed to "Limousine" in the early 2000's.

At some point, sheeting switched from 3M to Avery.

This is a rather odd sample since Livery plates were issued in this format a long time ago, not Limousine plates.
