Municipal plates have much longer registrations than other types
of plates, and thus their stickers have later years on them. This
sticker for 2004 was likely issued way before the new computerized
stickers came out, though it looks strange today. Note: this photo
was shot in 2006, so I guess not all the plates are even kept valid. |

Sorry for the crappy quality of this photo. This is a very rare
type - I have only seen two of these (the other being MUN 01). Both
were spotted on Burlington PD motorcycles. I wonder how many of
these are on the road. |
