the plate belongs to. So far, I have only seen T series plates.

I haven't seen enough of these plates to know what series blocks
do and don't have the space. All I know is that it seems to be inconsistent,
much like Special Purpose Truck plates, which isn't all that surprising. |

I have never a State Agency Trailer plate in use. Not sure if this
is just a test, or if they really exist. The spacing is a little
off on this particular plate. |
