Standard size (6x12") trailer plates with the TRA prefix are for trailers 1500 lbs and up. They're commonly seen on all kinds of trailers, including motorhomes that are towed behind another vehicle, since Vermont does not have an RV or camper plate.

Nice try. I suppose this is supposed to be a trailer plate, because that's what it was mounted on. What's fascinating is that the sticker, which has the right plate number on it, is attached to a piece of plastic over the fake paper plate. I wonder how the sticker survived but not the plate.
