	January 1990, wide dies Picture from Dave Hoag Another tough Vermont type. Less than a dozen are issued a year at some points, so they're hard to spot on the road. I am not sure of the eligibility requirements. As for numbering, the first year for these on the maple tree base was probably 1985, starting somewhere in the 000WP series.
