At
first glance, these appear to have rather high numbers - but
there seems to be a method to the madness.
I believe the letter in the front represents how many plates
are issued per dealer - A = first vehicle, B = second vehicle,
etc.
The 3 or 4 digit number is the number assigned to the dealer
itself. So, dealer number 1000 may be using A1000, B1000,
C1000, etc. |
