Motor News plates - 1990
These
plates have the # symbol, which is no longer used on Vermont
plates. All plates with # and & symbols were recalled
in December 1989.
The plate on the right is quite a rarity. Narrow dies plates
had only been around a few months before the symbols were
discontinued.
